Hurling Victory

Noel Hehir and Eugene Foudy managed the Inagh senior hurlers to their second successive victory in the senior hurling championship by beating Corofin by 1-19 to 0-10 in the second round of the championship.  They will play Clarecastel next.  The junior hurlers were beaten by Tulla in the quarter-final.

Sean McConigley, Brendan Longe, Patrick Kelly, Michael O'Loughlin, Francis O'Loughlin and Gerard O'Loughlin from Inagh played for Ennistymon in their U-21B football win against St Breckan's in the county final.

Inagh/Kilnamona U/12s swept aside Sixmilebridge in the A final in Cusack Park on Sunday by a score of 4-4 to 1-1 making it three A titles for the parish this year, having already taken the U-15s and U-21s.  Last Sunday, the Inagh/Kilnamona U-16s beat Smith O'Briens in Inagh, while Inagh seniors beat Corofin in Corofin.
